Energy Community to mediate in Albanian hydropower dispute – Albania, 26 September 2018

The Energy Community (EnC) Secretariat said that its Dispute Resolution and Negotiation Center will mediate in the dispute related to balancing issues in the Albanian hydropower sector.

The dispute in question arose between state-owned power corporation KESH and the owners of Energji Ashta hydrop
