Between 18,000 and 25,000 customers of electricity supplier CEZ Bulgaria in the central part of the nation’s capital Sofia have been left without electricity after a fire broke out at the substation in Geo Milev district.
Power was cut to most buildings in the district of Sitnyakovo. The fire started at 1:30 PM and the power was restored at 4:00 PM. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
