Spokesman for the TurkStream gas pipeline project, Sander van Rootselaar said that the first line of the offshore section of the gas pipeline will reach Turkey’s Black Sea coast in May this year, adding that the pipeline will be put into operation at the end of 2019.
Van Rootselaar said that the world’s largest construction vessel Pioneering Spirit, which is currently working on the first line of TurkStream gas pipeline, will complete it in May, after which it will sail to another job.
