Hungarian first combined geothermal heat and power plant Turawell in Tura, Pest county is expected to be commissioned in November.
The plant is operated by Singapore-based geothermal developer KS Orka and it will have 7 MW heat and 3 MW electricity capacity. KS Orka plans to build up a portfolio of power plants in Southeastern Europe with a total of 280 MW heating and 100 MW electricity capacity before the end of 2021.
