Bulgarian state-owned coal-fired thermal power plant Maritsa East 2 announced that it has signed a contract for repairs and maintenance of the flue gas desulfurization system worth some 1.6 million euros with local company ZKI Volta.
ZKI Volta submitted the only offer on the tender for the procurement of these services. The contract includes repairs and maintenance of the flue gas desulfurization system of the plant’s first four units and it should last three years.
