Romanian Ministry of Energy said that it has granted a building permit for the first phase of the project for enabling reverse flow on Issacea-Negru Voda gas interconnection with Bulgaria, which will allow gas exports to this neighboring country.
Minister of Energy Anton Anton said that the project will allow Romania to deliver natural gas to Bulgaria from its own production and the transport of gas from the Black Sea by transmission system operator Transgaz. The total value of the project is about 3.6 million euros.
