Greek state-controlled Public Power Corporation (PPC) has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with General Electric (GE) Europe in Zurich after several months of preparation.
CEO of PPC Manolis Panagiotakis said that the signing of the memorandum signaled the start of a long-term cooperation with a visible positive impact on the Greek economy, adding that it covers joint business efforts in Europe and Greece with the prospect of expanding to the wider region, such as North Africa, for maintenance, operation support and service of energy units.
