Slovenian energy company Petrol announced that it will pay a dividend for 2016 in the amount of 12.35 euros per share, which is slightly lower than 12.6 euros/share paid in 2015.
The company proposed a total payout of 25.5 million euros in dividends for 2016 out of a profit for appropriation, which amounted to 28.9 million euros, while the remaining 3.4 million euros will be transferred to profit reserves. The dividend proposal should be voted at the next shareholders’ meeting that will be held on 6 April.
