Parliamentary Ad Hoc Commission, established to investigate the possible sale of CEZ distribution business in Bulgaria to local company Inercom, has adopted a report on its investigation into the sale of CEZ’ Bulgarian assets and an accompanying draft resolution.
The report states that the deal between CEZ and Inercom does not comfort to and does not implement the requirements set in the 2003 Electricity Distribution Companies Privatization Strategy, and Inercom does not meet any of the criteria for candidate investors in electricity distribution companies.
