Albanian Ministry of Energy announced that electricity distribution system operator OSHEE has invested 5.2 million euros in the commissioning of 110/20 kV Bushat substation in the city of Shkodra in northwestern Albania.
This substation was built over ten years ago, but it was not operational since due to lack of investments to connect it to the national electricity transmission network. OSHEE has completed the first phase of the investment, while additional 9 million euros will be invested in 2018-2019 period.
