The leader of the opposition Socialist Party (MSZP) Bertalan Toth said that unit 4 at the Hungarian sole nuclear power plant Paks is sinking, which is the reason for serious concern.
Toth said that the sinking is noted in the report by The National Atomic Energy Office (OAH), regarding the extension of operational life of unit 4 at NPP Paks. The reason for the sinking is unknown, but Toth stressed that it could not be predicted how it would affect the operations of the plant’s new units.
