Hungarian oil and gas company MOL announced that it has appointed Peter Ratatics as chief operating officer (COO) of MOL Hungary.
The statement from the company said that Ratatics will retain his previous position as executive vice president for consumer services. Sandor Fasimon, who previously held the position of COO of MOL Hungary, will remain a member of the company’s Executive Board. Fasimon should be appointed as CEO of Croatian oil company INA, which is majority owned by MOL, after Zoltan Aldott steps down from the position in June.
