At the meeting of the Supervisory Board of Bosnian fuel retailer Energopetrol held on 28 June, the representative of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) objected to the plan of majority owner, Croatian oil company INA, to put all the assets of Energopetrol under mortgage for the purpose of borrowing money.
Last year, INA sold two Energopetrol’s petrol stations for some 100,000 euros. Also, in this year’s report of FBiH Privatization Agency it is stated that INA plans to sell Energopetrol’s assets in the amount of over 3 million euros.
