Croatian Minister of Economy Martina Dalic and Minister of Finance Zdravko Maric said that the departure of Zoltan Aldott from the position of INA’s CEO should not affect the talks between the Croatian Government and Hungarian oil and gas company MOL on the possible buyout of MOL’s stake in INA.
Minister Dalic said that MOL is the Government’s partner in dialogue regarding the co-ownership of INA and it will stay that way regardless of the change of INA’s CEO. She added that she expects from the new management of INA to continue the development of INA as a vertically integrated oil company, equally developing all segments of its business. Minister Maric added that he believes that this move will not slow down negotiations between MOL and Croatian Government.
