Turkey’s Privatization Administration announced that Has-Kar Engineering and Trade company has won the tender for the privatization of hydropower plant Tortum in Erzurum in eastern Anatolia.
The company won the tender for this 26.2 MW HPP with a final bid offer of some 12.4 million euros, while opening bid started at 12 million euros. In total, three companies participated in the tender, and after bidding rounds, two companies proceeded to the final bid round.
