Russian gas company Gazprom announced that its natural gas deliveries to countries that are potential users of the new TurkStream gas pipeline have increased in the first eight months of 2017.
In the January-August 2017 period, natural gas deliveries to Turkey increased by 22.3 % compared to the same period last year, to Greece by 14.3 %, to Serbia by 36.7 %, to Bulgaria by 10.1 % and to Hungary by 26.6 %. Gazprom’s total gas exports in the first eight months of the year rose by 12.1 % to 126.3 billion cubic meters.
