According to data published by Turkey’s Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK), Azerbaijan delivered more than 3.34 billion cubic meters of natural gas in the first half of 2017 compared to 3.25 billion delivered in the same period last year.
Turkey imported 27.78 billion cubic meters of natural gas in the January-June 2017 period, of which 22.27 billion cubic meters were imported through pipelines, and 5.51 billion cubic meters accounted for LNG imports. The share of Azerbaijan in the total volume of gas imported to Turkey in the first half of the year was 12 %.
