The management of Bosnian power utility EPBiH revised its previous decision not to distribute dividends from last year’s profit, so at the meeting scheduled for 19 July, its shareholders will vote on the decision to payout a dividend in the amount of 1.13 euros/share.
Last year, the company paid out dividends in the amount of 0.084 euros/share. In its initial statement, EPBiH said that it plans to allocate some 60,000 euros from last year’s net profit of 300,000 euros to reserves and retain the remaining amount as undistributed profit.
