The Environmental Effects Evaluation (EEE) application for Turkey’s second nuclear power plant Sinop was submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning last week.
In the first phase of the EEE process for the construction of the plant in Sinop province on the northern Black Sea coast, the application will be sent to members of the Inspection and Evaluation Commission (IEC) and will be made available for public consultation after the Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning’s approval.
