The Energy Community did not make a decision on imposing new sanctions to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) because the Ministerial Council, held on 14 December, did not have a quorum.
However, the formal decision on imposing new sanctions will be adopted in the coming weeks. BiH Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Mirko Sarovic reminded that BiH is still under sanctions imposed by the Energy Community in April this year.
