E.ON to invest almost 100 million euros in Romania in 2017 – Romania, 13 June 2017

CEO of E.ON Romania Frank Hajdinjak said that the company has allocated 98.5 million euros for investments in 2017, the largest amount since its entrance in the Romanian electricity market, and plans to install about 600,000 smart meters by the end of 2020.
Last year’s investments in Romania amounted to 97 million euros and were mainly used to finance modernization and upgrade of the company’s natural gas and electricity distribution networks.
