Turkey is the fourth biggest LNG importer in Europe – Turkey, 06 May 2022

According to data published by the Paris-based International Group of LNG Importers (GIIGNL), Turkey has been among the top liquefied natural gas (LNG) buyers in Europe last year, as global imports grew 4.5 % year-over-year.

Global LNG import volumes reached 372.3 million tons, a rise of 16.2 mil
