OMV Petrom to distribute more than 500 million euros in special dividend – Romania, 01 August 2022

Romanian largest oil and gas company OMV Petrom, part of Austrian OMV Group, said that its shareholders have approved a proposal to distribute more than 500 million euros in special dividend.
